Serving as leader and facilitator, the Board Chair presides over Board and Executive Committee meetings and calls special meetings as necessary. The Board Chair actively engages the board members, encouraging them to participate and share information

Vice Chair


Works with the Chair to assist in developing the agendas for Board of Trustees meetings. 4. Advises the Chair on appointing volunteers to key leadership positions, including positions as chair of board committees and task forces

Ian Randolph

Treasurer


The treasurer is responsible for maintaining financial and accounting records. Job duties also include implementing budgets and keeping track of receipts.

Dr. Sylverna Ford

Secretary


Provides assistance in maintaining an office calendar of appointments, preparing for meetings, and activities, including confirming appointments, initiating necessary communication and correspondence prior to and after meetings and appointment.

The alumni parent liaises with the parents in the class by keeping them informed of decisions, activities, and events that the board performs.

In accordance to Tennessee Open Meetings Act (TCA §8-44-101), Circles of Success’ Board Meetings are public meetings open to the public at all times, except as provided by the Constitution of Tennessee. A Board Meeting schedule is provided for your convenience.
